  • Q: What is your Return Policy?
    • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if the item has not been worn and is in the same excellent quality as our customer received. 
    • If the item is not returned in the same quality, or shows signs of being worn, we regrettably will not be able to accept the return and it will be shipped back to sender.
    • All items are shipped with tags; if the tag is removed the item will not be accepted.
    • If the return is approved, we will be happy to process a refund for the purchase price.
  • Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
    • A: We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders may ship the same day or the next business day depending on the time the order was received by us. We will do our best to ship the same day. Orders received on weekends will ship the following Monday. Our offices close for certain holidays, and this can delay shipment up to three days.
  • Q: Where do you ship to?
    • A: We ship to the 48 continental US States only at this time. We appreciate our foreign fans and hope to expand shipping to you in the near future.
  • Q: How long does shipping take?
    • A: We offer two shipping options: Standard Flat Rate and Expedited. Standard Flat Rate can take anywhere from 1-10 days depending on your location, and Expedited can take anywhere from 1-3 days, also depending on your location.
  • Q: Can I get a reduced shipping rate?
    • A: Our shipping rate includes insurance, so we are unable to offer anything lower than what is listed at checkout. We do this to protect the customer and us just in case the item is lost or damaged in transit.
  • Q: Will you ship overnight if I need an item quickly?
    • A: Please email info@robertmanse.com to inquire about overnight shipping. Our answer will depend on your physical location and the date of your email. We cannot overnight anything Friday afternoon-Sunday. 
  • Q: How can I care for your Bali RoManse and BroManse Jewelry?
    • A: For our Balinese collections, Bali RoManse and BroManse, please DO NOT use an ultrasonic cleaning system! We have polishing cloths available for purchase in the "Jewelry Care" section, please do not use anything else to polish your Bali jewelry. * All of our Bali collections are oxidized .925 Sterling Silver. Using an ultrasonic cleaner will permanently remove the oxidation (black) part of the design. If you use an ultrasonic cleaning system and try to return the jewelry, you will be denied your return *
  • Q: How can I care for your Gem RoManse Jewelry?
    • A: You may use a polishing cloth like the ones for sale in our Jewelry Care section, but you may also use an ultrasonic cleaning system as long as the gemstones are suited to that system. Your ultrasonic cleaner will have instructions on which gems cannot be cleaned in one. Our Gem RoManse collection can also be cleaned using standard jewelry cleaning solution, available at your local jeweler's. * Please note: incorrect cleaning will result in a denied return *
  • Q: What if you don't have my size?
    • A: Please email info@robertmanse.com to inquire about special sizing. In some cases we may be able to size the item for you or special order the correct size. This may result in a slight delay as the item will have to be made and shipped.
  • Q: What Social Media Platforms can I follow you on? 
    • A: We are on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. We offer "buyable pins" on Pinterest, and may use data gathered from your browsing on our site and Pinterest. If you prefer to not have your activity tracked through Pinterest, please buy directly from our website and not from a "buyable pin". 
  • Q: How can I contact you if I have another question not listed here?
    • A: We can be reached at (732) 827-5010 or at info@robertmanse.com. Someone will answer your question as soon as we possibly can, within 24-72 hours depending on the day of the week. We do not give out our physical address on this website.
